the UNSPOKEN HEAVINESS ON YOUR SOUL is a project about creating a space where people can write down thoughts that they never had the courage to say out loud. your darkest fear. your deepest insecurity. shameful regrets. guilt. worry. panic. dread. horror. rage. sorrow. hatered. something that has been eating away at you. lying heavy on your soul. something you can't even share with your therapist. but always wanted to let go of. maybe at least by writing it down in an anonymous online survey. because some thoughts are better off, floating freely in the world, connecting with other people who can relate and therefore feel less alone, than spiraling in a endless loop of your personal headspace. sharing can set yourself free.
I went through my film archive to find the right photo that in my perspective fits to your answer and then I combined them.
die UNAUSGESPROCHENE SCHWERE DIE AUF DEINEM HERZEN LIEGT. in diesem projekt geht es darum, einen raum zu schaffen, in dem menschen gedanken aufschreiben können, die sie sich bis heute nicht getrauten auszusprechen. dunkle ängste. tiefe unsicherheiten. bedauern. schuld. sorge. panik. furcht. traurigkeit. wut. hass. etwas, das dich innerlich zerfrisst. schwer auf deiner seele liegt. etwas, dass du noch nicht einmal mit deiner therapeut:in teilen würdest. aber schon immer loslassen wolltest. oder vielleicht zumindest in einer anonymen online umfrage aufschreiben möchtest. denn einige gedanken werden leichter, wenn sie irgendwo frei in der welt herumschweben und mit anderen menschen resonieren können, anstatt dass sie sich alleine in einer endlosschleife deiner gedankenspirale drehen. teilen kann befreien.
Ich habe jeweils mein filmarchiv durchforstet, um das richtige foto zu finden, das aus meiner Sicht zu deiner Antwort passt, um dann Text und Bild zu kombinieren.
